STRUCTURE
These 399 sq. ft. homes, come with a 6 by 11 foot COVERED porch area.
Each unit comes with a tankless water heater, and two water hydrants (front and
back). All subfloor is glued and screwed to the steel joist that are welded
directly to the frame of the trailer, to ensure stability. The floor and ceiling is foam insulated. Each unit is made with hurricane straps on the entire structure,
to refrain from wind damage, and metal roofs (26 gauge steel) to prevent
hail damage. Much of the material used to build these tiny homes, comes from
your neighborhood Lowes Home Improvement.
CUSTOMIZATION
There are multiple configurations you can choose from when planning on building
your tiny home. You can choose from any color paint for exterior, or interior,
and a wide selection of granite counter tops. In some configurations, a loft can be added. Choose from a variety of tile flooring for your bath or shower.
INTERIOR
The interior and fixtures we use in the house are high grade materials.
The floors are manufactured, laminent wood through out the entire structure.
All wood, self closing, cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fans are located in the bed, living, and porch areas. Windows in the home are double lens laid low e glass.
